We are looking for a Support Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be confident, outgoing and personable, have excellent administration skills and first class communication skills. A basic knowledge of I.T & some sales experience would be advantageous but not essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Routing all incoming calls of a sales & technical nature
· Logging customer calls using a time management system
· Ensuring all calls are assigned to specific technical or sales individuals
· Scheduling appointments for technical personnel
· Collating & monitoring work sheets to enable correct charging in a timely manner
· Co-ordinating & monitoring on line shop
DESIRABLE ATTIRBUTES:
· A background/interest in I.T
· To be commercially aware
· Experience in a customer facing role
· A working knowledge of Word/Excel

Sage Consultant
We are looking for a person to become trained in Sage 50 and Sage 200 systems or a currently qualified person
Desirable requirements
* Accredited Sage 200 or Sage MMS Consultant.
* Experience of implementing and supporting Sage 200/MMS Financials, Commercials and Sage CRM .
* Experience of implementing and supporting Sage 200 Manufacturing and Project Accounting desirable.
* Experience of implementing and supporting Sage 50 Accounts and Manufacturing desirable.
* Experience of installing and configuring Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 desirable.
* Experience of installing and configuring Microsoft SQL Analysis Services 2005/2008 desirable.
* Experience of writing SQL/TSQL desirable.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
