1. Access Keys:

For PC users, press the 'ALT' button on the keyboard plus the access key number or letter, followed by the 'Enter' key.
For Mac users, press the 'Control' button on the keyboard plus the access key number or letter, followed by the 'Enter' key.
The access key numbers and letters are listed below:
1 = Home
2 = Support Services
3 = Internet Services
4 = Sage Solutions
5 = Hardware
6 = Portfolio
7 = Contact Us
8 = Login
2. Tab indexing:
Every time the tab key is pressed the next link is selected. This is shown by a dotted line around the link text or image. Tab indexing is designed to make tabbing through the website easier and also to enable visitors to access the website only using a keyboard.3. Magnifying your screen:
All recent versions of Windows include magnification software which can help some people to more easily read text on the screen.The Windows magnifier lets you increase text to a very large size. It is, however, restricted to a small portion of the screen so most visually impaired people find that they require fully-functional magnification software.
4. Reading Difficulties
For people with a significant vision impairment or listening difficulty, there is a text reader available within Windows.This Narrator is a basic screen-reading program. It offers speech feedback for all menus and dialog boxes that include hyper-text within a website.
Please note: Window's Narrator is only available for Windows 2000 and XP.
5. Keyboard or Mouse?
Most people think that Windows has to be operated with the mouse, this is not the case. In fact not only can Windows be operated entirely from the keyboard, but doing so can often be faster and easier than using the mouse.This is obvious in 'Tab Indexing'.
