From our offices in Coventry, we are able to provide you with a remote or onsite engineer within 4 or 8 hours. This varies according to your needs.
Over the years, many of the businesses that have used us for ad hoc emergency IT support have taken out support contracts following one of our rescue operations. They recognise the value of our ongoing support measures, which are invariably cheaper than reactive ones.
That said, we're happy to help in the event of a one-off crisis and our expert engineers are trained to deal with any emergency on any system, including Microsoft and Cisco.
